Registration Options

Registration will open at the beginning of April!

Please find the registration dates and fees below. This is an in-person only event with no virtual component. All accepted speakers will receive a complimentary registration pass. Please direct any questions to secretariat.ocpapac@gmail.com or kate@opencompute.org.

Registration Cost

Early Bird: $150 USD (4,950 NTD)

General: $200 USD (6,600 NTD)

Onsite: $250 USD (8,250 NTD)

All travel is subject to the legal requirements of both the departure and destination jurisdictions.

Registration fees include: Access to all sessions (keynotes and breakout sessions), expo hall, Co-located Workshops, lunch, beverages and a welcome reception.

Media and Analyst Registration

To apply for a media pass, please click here. Press passes are only for professional analysts or members of the media. Once received, someone at OCP will contact you with next steps. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for a response.

Cancellation Policy

A request to cancel your ticket must be emailed to secretariat.ocpapac@gmail.com. Requests received on or prior to July 1, 2026 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given after July 1, 2026.

Replacement and Transfer Policy

A request to transfer your ticket must be emailed to secretariat.ocpapac@gmail.com. Requests received on or prior to July 1, 2026 will be transferred. No replacement or transfer will be given after July 1, 2026.

Visa Compliance & Liability Notice

All international attendees are solely responsible for obtaining the appropriate and legal entry permits or visas required by the Taiwan government prior to travel.
The Summit shall not be held legally or financially liable if an attendee is denied entry into Taiwan for any reason.
Attendees must ensure their activities in Taiwan strictly align with the permissions granted by their specific visa type.
The Summit assumes no responsibility for legal consequences arising from attendees engaging in activities not authorized by their visa.
